Overlay

As the overlay I had orginally got did not work as well as I had hoped, I have found some other overlays and have asked one of the IT technicians to download and convert them for me because the school computers don't let students download files.

Whilst I am waiting for him to do this, I will do some more work to my digipak.

Problems with overlay

After converting the overlay file I had downloaded from the internet to make my home video clips look old, I tried putting it over some footage using the 'chroma key' effect in Adobe Premiere Pro. This hasn't worked as well as I had wanted it to so my plan is to try and find a different overlay which might work better.

I have now finished the Latest News section of my homepage and so my website is complete! Here are two screenshot of how it looks:

Digipak

I have decided over the next couple of days to photograph lots of women of differing ages, occupations etc and plan to make a collage type image for the inside of my digipak.

Here is a screenshot of my website so far. I have added the merch section with a link. All I have left to finish is the latest news section.

T-Shirts

In photoshop using two of the images I have from my photoshoot at Guild Hall I have created two T-shirts that are to be sold as merchandise.

Having looked at other artists' websites, the homepage normally features an image of some merchandise and a link to the store.

I am going to mimick this on my website.

Video

The last 10 seconds or so of my video features a clip of David laughing as he messed up when filming. It is like an outtake clip but I have chosen to put this at the end of my video because the song is quite serious and it ends the video on a more happy note. It makes David appear more in touch with his audience and easier for them to connect with him as they see him more relaxed and humerous in comparison with the rest of the video where he sings quite seriously.
